§ 1-1. Designation and citation of Code.

The ordinances embraced in this and the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated and cited as the "Code of Ordinances, City of Bessemer, Alabama." The Code may also be cited as the "Bessemer City Code" or in the provisions which follow, as "this Code."
